Rahir is a chartered accountant with over 20 years experience working in the financial industry. His specialization in preparing complex financial statements, audits, restructuring and capital raising are valuable to the company. He’s qualified in forensic, disputes, risk consulting and regulatory issues. Additionally, he has extensive expertise advising boards, independent directors, management, regulators and the legal community on forensic accounting, and serving as an expert witness. 10 years of experience as a senior manager at Deloitte has led Rahir to lead our clients in key decision making.
